Yesterday, we put together Princess Cara’s raised bed garden containers, cleaned up all the other containers from last year and got a start on prep & planting for this summer’s harvest of goodies.
She wanted to do some flowers in addition to fruits & veggies so we started some marigolds this year too. So far we have some tomatoes, green & red peppers and cucumbers planted
We are planning on putting in some watermelon again this year and we are going for that ‘award’ winning squash again. We are also doing giant sunflowers & carrots.
Last year was a huge success…Let’s see what this season brings.
