While I get myself and a race report together from the Clyde’s 10k, I thought I would share some of the post race shenanigans.
And of course I had company for the quenching of the thirst. BK from The Fit Lounge was a fellow imbiber of the “replenishment” drink. We’ve done this race together for 3 years now. Her focus on getting back into race form is motivation and inspiration. I’m so proud of her…and I loved her 3:1 interval race plan that kept her on target and got her through. GO BK!!!
